A resident of Santa Barbara for 40 years, Donn has built a quality reputation as a leader in the field of residential construction. Recent completion of a 10,600-sq. ft., custom rebuild in Montecito has earned him this reputation. He is a conscientious owner who knows that the client comes first, and he knows 'how to bid' both residential and commerical projects. Donn honed his craft as the superintendent of the luxurious Harbor View Inn, and he has 20 years of contruction experience, from concrete & framing, to finish carpentry. Currently, Donn Roberts Construction, Inc. has completed tenant improvements on the new Channel Islands Surfboards business at 36 Anacapa St.

Chief Estimator, Dan Becerra, has been a lifelong friend. He has 20 years of experience as an estimator with a background in all facets of construction, and a degree in electrical engineering from Memphis State. And myself, a Purdue University Business School Graduate, and licensed real estate agent, joined the team eleven months ago, as a management consultant. I help maintain client relations, provide office support, liaison with architects & engineers, deal with city planners, and advise on real estate development projects.
